A sustainable plan should become clearer as you learn, rather than more complicated simply because a tool can generate an endless schedule.
Begin with an honest time budget
Write down the time you can reliably protect in an ordinary week, not the time available during an unusually quiet weekend. Include game review as part of playing time. A forty-minute game followed by twenty minutes of analysis is a different commitment from a forty-minute game followed immediately by another game.
Choose a minimum version of the plan for busy days. It might be one carefully solved position or a short review of an old mistake.
